Domenic Mantella, MD

Dr. Mantella is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed his Family Medicine residency at UPMC Shadyside, and further specialized through a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine.

With more than 15 years of experience serving the local community, Dr. Mantella has developed extensive expertise in family medicine, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal health. His professional contributions include directing musculoskeletal education for residents at UPMC Shadyside and collaborating with educational institutions and school districts throughout the region, including Carnegie Mellon University, Robert Morris University, La Roche University, Duquesne University, as well as the Mount Lebanon School District and Pine-Richland School District.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Mantella has worked within the pharmaceutical industry to support the development and manufacturing of medications that cannot be produced synthetically. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to delivering patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve their highest level of health, wellness, and performance.
